Learners work through the learning material at their own pace and speed, completing the online activities and assignments. It takes approximately 40 hours to complete the course in full and there is no time limit for course completion. Learn as much as you want in any session and return. There is full tutoring from a food safety specialist and IT support available during the course via e-mail.
Testing is continuous throughout the learning, through a series of coursework and assignments.

Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safely in Catering – Royal Society of Public Health (RsPH) Ofqual qualification
This online course covers the same material as the Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safely in Catering qualification offered by the Royal Society of Public Health (RsPH).
To achieve the Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering (RsPH qualification), in addition to the OCN certification, the RsPH examination has to be undertaken. The exam papers can be supplied to an agreed nominated invigilator in your workplace and then returned to your course tutor. The cost for this is an additional £68.00, which is paid to your course tutor.
