This eLearning only provides awareness education. Face to face training would be needed in addition in order to complete the all round skills and knowledge to be able to carry this forward practically in your organisation.
Content Objectives
- Describe their responsibilities for fire safety
- Identify typical fire hazards and know how to prevent or minimise the risks of fire
- Recognise fire signs accurately
- Locate their local fire exits and assembly points and follow evacuation procedures
- List the types of fire extinguisher, what fires they are best for and when they mustn’t be used
- Respond appropriately if they discover a fire
- Identify people who may need help to evacuate in event of a fire

Approximately 21 minutes with a 5 minute post course test
