Course Overview

There are 8.6 million people registered disabled in the UK.  This important group represents a significant proportion of the UK’s workforce and consumer community.  Inevitably some of your customers and colleagues may have disabilities.

This course takes a practical view of the Equality Act 2010 and the requirements of employers and service providers in regard to fair and equitable treatment of people with a disability.

There is an online assessment for this course which requires a 90% pass rate to obtain a certificate of achievement, which can be downloaded.
