This online course on The Menopause and Mental Health is broken down into 2 bite-sized units with the following titles:

• Introduction to the Menopause
• Treatment and Control

Course Objectives

On completion of this online course learners will be able to:

• List common menopause symptoms and apply guidance on how to respond to them
• Take steps to adapt to changes in the mind and body brought on by the menopause
• Describe the links between mental health and the menopause
• Describe the basic changes brought on by perimenopause and menopause
• Describe treatments available for women going through the menopause
• Make a judgement concerning the risk factors associated with Hormone Replacement Therapy HRT

• Site Licence – a licence to install one course, or one or more bundles of courses on your own learning management system. The site licence consists of a number of enrolments to use on any course for any learner in the bundle;
