Course Content
This course contains high impact graphical exercises to help learners transfer learning to the workplace while different interaction types and self-analysis questions engage learners with the course and the content. Throughout the course, food standards agency statistics are used to reinforce and contextualise best practice which is reinforced with dynamic graphical interactions. High-quality information design also engages learners and makes the content more memorable.
This eLearning only provides awareness education. Face to face training would be needed in addition in order to complete the all round skills and knowledge to be able to carry this forward practically in your organisation.
Content Objectives
- Know how to prepare hot and cold food safely and hygienically
- Store different foods safely following stock control procedures
- Know how to control pests
- Know what you have to do if food has been spoilt

Approximately 38 minutes with a 5 minute post course test

- Subscription Licence – a licence for a maximum number of users to access any course in a specified bundle;
- Site Licence – a licence to install one course, or one or more bundles of courses on your own learning management system. The site licence consists of a number of enrolments to use on any course for any learner in the bundle;
