Course Content
This food safety online course contains high impact graphical exercises to help learners transfer learning to the workplace while different interaction types and self-analysis questions engage learners with the course and the content. Food Standards Agency statistics are used to reinforce and contextualise best practice which is reinforced with dynamic graphical interactions. High-quality information design also engages learners and makes the content more memorable.
The online training covers:

- The hazards that there are to food safety
- How you can contain the risk of food poisoning.
- How to prepare hot and cold food
- How to store food safely following stock control procedures
- How to control pests
- What you have to do if food has been spoiled.
This eLearning only provides awareness education. Face to face training would be needed in addition in order to complete the all round skills and knowledge to be able to carry this forward practically in your organisation.
