E-learning is at the heart of Africa’s educational reforms to meet the need for skills and employment. As the eLearning Africa report says ‘It is time to put eLearning at the forefront of the radical change Africa needs’. The Elearning Marketplace is already connected with organisations in Nigeria and has ambitious targets to provide wide ranging off-the shelf e-learning to the wider African continent’s citizens, educational establishments and businesses.
