You will learn how to describe different types of challenging behaviour, and the situations where it occurs – observable and hidden. You will also get an understanding of why it happens, its consequences, and some tips for managing it in different age groups
Upon successful completion of this course, you will be automatically awarded a certificate containing the course name and completion date.
