Our Disability Awareness Training e-learning course will fully equip you to confidently interact with and serve disabled people. Our training packages will give you and your staff everything you need to develop a competent, confident attitude to providing service to people who identify with disability.

Let’s be clear, people with disabilities are just regular individuals – family members, friends, service users, professionals, colleagues, managers and customers.

Many people feel awkward when communicating and assisting people with disabilities as they don’t want to offend so may just ignore the person or panic.  There really is no need for this. Although it’s understandable, it is also not the best way to attract and retain customers, or to present to the world your organisational perspective of disabled people. However, with our disability awareness training, we can challenge preconceived ideas and inspire new ways of thinking that will re-educate staff for the better.
