Core Learning Services Ltd, the UK-based eLearning content aggregator and B2B solutions provider, is delighted to announce their acquisition of eLearning Marketplace Ltd, the UK-based online learning provider.
Core Learning and eLearning Marketplace have enjoyed a long and productive history as arms-length business partners and the acquisition will enable the combined business to offer an extended range of digital learning solutions to a wider audience of both B2B and B2C clients.
Ken Wood, CEO Core Learning, comments ‘Our acquisition of eLearning Marketplace builds on our existing strong relationship and is a natural step for both parties in order for us to be able to fully leverage the differing strengths of both businesses and to benefit from economies of scale. I think most organisations have now recognised that digital learning is the future of workplace learning and is the only way to support the increasing demand for workforce reskilling. We aim to be at the forefront of this transformation in learning’.
Carolyn Lewis, MD of eLearning Marketplace, says “Having grown eLearning Marketplace as a trusted brand for access to online courses, I’m delighted with Core Learning’s acquisition. Both companies are dedicated to providing flexible access to high quality online products and exceptional levels of customer care. Having worked together for years, I’m confident that this is an excellent strategic fit that will benefit our customers and suppliers alike.”
