'Continuous learning is now just part of the job, whatever the job' says industry analyst

According to Bersin by Deloitte ‘organisations that have adopted a “continuous capability development” approach to learning makes them more innovative, responsive, and agile as the demands made on their personnel change”.

The informative article by the Association for Talent Development ‘Embrace Learning Technologies to Build a Better Government Workforce‘ states that two of the top learning goals of any online learning solution are to standardise training and learning across an organisation and to enable learning with consistent results, regardless of the user and where they are.

The article goes on to say that a ‘training budget goes a lot further when you’re delivering knowledge through e-learning’, quoting the example of VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network saving nearly $116,000 since adopting online learning.
