A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) identifies the gap between current and desired performance, ensuring that training aligns with organisational goals and employee development. It helps businesses plan training that’s relevant and valuable to their employees.

The TNA’s primary purposes are:
1. Identify skills gaps
2. Align training with organisational goals
3. Prioritise training efforts
4. Enhance employee performance
5. Ensure the cost-effectiveness of training
6. Promote employee engagement and growth
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
