Description
Learners will be supported to understand the importance of their role in preventing and proactively managing harmful sexualised behaviour including introduction of third sector partners to support with management. Learners will understand and define the signs and symptoms of this and the procedures to follow when there is an incident. The programme benefits from narrative scenarios and activities with ongoing assessment making it engaging and interactive.

Course assessment and certification
The candidate must pass the final assessment, however if failed the course content can be revisited and the final assessment re-attempted. On successful completion of the final assessment a downloadable certificate is immediately available.
