It is important that all staff are aware of their responsibilities with regards to Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. Everyone has an important role to play in protecting vulnerable adults. This includes knowing your responsibilities and taking action around recognising, recording, reporting and referring concerns about abuse.
Help the Aged figures estimate that 5-10% of older people are being abused at any one time.

This Safeguarding Adults online training covers the following topics;
- Safeguarding
- Outcomes
- Definition of abuse and types of abuse
- What to do if you spot signs of abuse

- Site Licence – a licence to install one course, or one or more bundles of courses on your own learning management system. The site licence consists of a number of enrolments to use on any course for any learner in the bundle;
