The aim of this unit is for you to learn about the benefits and limitations to contracting more than one stationery supplier to ensure expenditures are cost effective.  You will understand the importance of efficient management of stationery supplies to include: stock checks, re-ordering quantities, calculations, discounts and how to deal with deliveries and any problems that occur.
