Description
Course Overview:
The objective of this course is to help you to determine who your stakeholders are, whatever business or role you are in, and why it is important to have this information. With prior knowledge of your stakeholders before a project starts, you will be better equipped to reduce the risk of costly or time-wasting problems. Because change isn’t always popular, performing a stakeholder analysis on those who have an interest in your project will help in making the transition as smooth as possible.
This interactive course includes exercises, activities and quizzes. It is fully mobile optimised and can be completed on any desktop or mobile device. There is an exam at the end which you can retake as many times as you need to.
This course will take you through the steps of how to complete a stakeholder analysis using a practical example. Among the topics you will look at are: the key principles of a stakeholder analysis; identifying the stakeholders in your project; the 7 steps of a stakeholder analysis; and developing a communications plan. On completion you will have the knowledge and confidence to carry out your own stakeholder analysis.
This course is worth 2 CPD points.
