This course introduces the Lean concept of Process Mapping and how this technique can identify problems and waste through the use of visual maps. By visualising problem areas, it is easier to see what the current situation is in a process and where improvements need to be made. As a result, more simplified processes can be implemented which will reduce the risk of further problems occurring in the future.
The course is interactive and includes activities, exercises and quizzes with a final exam that can be taken multiple times. It is fully optimised for desktops, laptops and mobile devices so you can learn when and where you want to, at your own pace.
On completion of this course you will understand how to translate your own work into a process and how to illustrate processes throughout your organisation using Process Mapping. You will learn how to use a Process Map once it is completed and have the confidence to use a variety of maps.
This course is worth 5 CPD points.
