Learners develop an understanding of the checks and practices they can implement themselves to prevent falling victim to phishing. This is achieved through a combination of case studies and interactivities. Phishing attacks try to exploit users via email, social media, phone and the web. All these avenues of attack are discussed.
The Phishing Awareness course finishes by reinforcing key cybersecurity best practices such as strong passwords, using security software and updating software regularly.

- Know how to recognise if an email, a website, social media, a phone call and text message is a phishing attack.
