Identify ways to make eating habits more closely resemble the national food guide and healthy eating guidelines
Explain how to access reliable sources of nutritional information

Distinguish between evidence-based knowledge and marketing claims
Describe the factors affecting energy requirements
Demonstrate the ability to evaluate energy requirements
Calculate individual energy requirements
Calculate how much carbohydrate, fat and protein are required in grams to meet your daily requirements
