The training includes a set of reference notes for mobile, which provide instant access to the key points and tools from the program. There is also a practise template to help structure feedback sessions between employees.

Feedback from those around us plays a vitally important role in helping us become better partners, better parents, do our jobs better, be better leaders and build more engaged and effective teams.

Feedback helps us see what we are doing well and should continue to do, but it also makes us aware of our opportunity for growth…things we could start doing, modify or perhaps stop doing, that would make us more effective in the things we choose to do.

Through this module you will learn to unlock your own potential and the potential of those around you through the power of feedback. Learning to give, receive and seek feedback, takes practice and a consistent approach. There are also some very useful tools and techniques which can help us make it a natural part of everyday.

This course will help you understand feedback, what it is, how to seek it, give it and receive it. You will learn about the gap between our intent and our impact – something we call the Awareness Gap, and how we can begin to close it with feedback. We will also cover the important difference between praise, criticism and feedback.

By the end of the course it should be clear that feedback from those around us is a powerful tool; not always easy to give and receive (at first), but an incredible resource to help us grow and build truly effective teams.
